Pike's Peak Hwy Cleanup

PreRegistration is currently unavailable

Please email us at Contactus@focusontheforest.org with your name & tshirt size and you will be signed up. An email will be sent with detailed instructions and additional information. We also ask that you review the release on this website prior to coming and a signature can be included on the SignIn sheet when you arrive.

20 LUCKY VOLUNTEERS will get the opportunity for a cleanup of the 7 main spectator areas after the main cleanup after the Pike’s Peak International Hill Climb,. We will only be cleaning up the smaller items that may have been missed during the initial cleanup after the race. The first 4 spectator areas are at a lower elevation than the last 3, so volunteers that are uncomfortable about going to the top will be in Group 1 and do only the lower ones. We then all meet for lunch at the Halfway Picnic Grounds. Admission to Pike’s Peak will be covered, so after the cleanup plan to enjoy the day on the mountain

VOLUNTEER LIMIT to the first 20 volunteers to sign up will be sent detailed instructions for the meeting location, admission to Pike’s Peak, etc. Once all 20 spaces are filled signup will be closed.

We welcome and need additional volunteers, but ask that if anyone is joining you to have them shoot us an email so that we can make sure to have enough supplies, food and t-shirts for everyone.  If they decide to come last minute that is ok as well as we do plan for a few extras.  To save time in the morning, we request that you review the waiver form on our website in advance, but we will have copies at sign in as well.
